Elite Pathway:
Selection
Players are selected from Petrichor member academies and trials for each Elite age group squad.
Elite Contract
Elite team contracts are good for 1 year and players are either resigned or let go during the annual transfer window.
Player Placement
Players on the Elite teams will be provided player profiles to be used for scouts and agents. Players will be evaluated and sent to trials based on current openings. The goal is to secure professional contracts for the Elite team players and secure training compensation fees from the buying clubs.
